麦粒灸对脾虚泄泻证患者唾液淀粉酶活性及血清SIgA的影响

目的 :观察麦粒灸对脾虚泄泻患者唾液淀粉酶活性及粪便SIgA的影响。方法 :将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组采用麦粒灸灸患者脾俞、胃俞、足三里 ,每穴 3壮 ,隔日 1次 ,连续3天 ;对照组用中药治疗。结果 :麦粒灸能显著改善患者脾虚泄泻症状 ,并显著提高唾液淀粉酶活性及降低血清SIgA ,其作用优于对照组。结论 :麦粒灸治疗脾虚泄泻的疗效是肯定的。

Effect of Granule Moxibustion on Saliva Amylase Activity and Serum SIgA in Patients with Spleen Deficiency Type Diarrhea

Objective: To observe the effect of granule moxibustion on saliva amylase activity and the Serum SIgA. Methods: One hundred and twelve diarrhea patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n= 56) and control group (n= 56). Patients of treatment group were treated by granule moxibustion over Pishu (BL 20), Weishu (BL 21) and Zusanli (ST 36), once every other day, three cones per point, continuously for 30 days. Fifty six cases in control group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine (Shenling Baizhu Powder Powder of Ginseng, Poria and Bighead Atractylodes, 6 g/time, 3 times/day, continuously for one month). Results: Granule moxibustion could obviously improve the clinical symptoms (P<0.05～P～0.001) and increase saliva amylase activity (P<0.001) , while decrease Serum SIgA (P<0.05). The therapeutic effect of acupuncture was superior to that of Chinese herbal medicine (P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion: Granule moxibustion over Pishu (BL 20) etc has a definite beneficial action on spleen deficiency type diarrhea.
