| “以痛为输”与“阿是穴”:概念术语考辨 |

| 摘 要： | 一般认为"以痛为输"和"阿是穴"属同一概念。分析表明,二者有相同也有区别,反映不同层次治病经验。"以痛为输"是直接取病症处针刺的一般治疗经验;"阿是穴"为局部反应点,亦即刺灸敏感点,是取病症处反应点针灸的特殊经验。"天应穴""不定穴"同"以痛为输",而不同于"阿是穴"。现在对"以痛为输"的解释与运用已经泛化,与"阿是穴"混淆使用。本文对致误原因亦作了分析。
