家兔脑室注射二羟苯丝氨酸(DOPS)及电刺激大鼠兰斑核对针刺调节免疫功能的影响

摘    要:<正> 我们前已报导,给家兔脑室注射6-羟多巴胺(6-OHDA)化学性破坏中枢儿茶酚胺能神经元后,可明显减弱或取消针刺所引致的正常动物免疫反应增强作用。但这种作用是由于中枢儿茶酚胺能神经元所特有,拟或是6-OHDA 神经毒剂的一种非特异性损伤作用所引起?这是需要加以研究的问题。为此,我们应用侧脑室注射二羟苯系氨酸(Dihydroxy Phenylserine,DOPS)以,增加脑内去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量,以及电刺激大鼠兰斑核(Locus Coeruleus,LC)区,以增强脑内去甲肾上腺素能神经元的功能活动两种方法,来进一步探讨儿茶酚胺能神经元在调节针刺免疫反应中的确切作用。


THE INFLUENCES OF INTRACEREBROVENTRICULAR INJECTION OF DIHYDROXYPHENYLSERINE IN RABBITS AND ELECTRICAL STIMULATION OF LOCUS COERULEUS IN RATS UPON THE INCREASE OF ELECTROACUPUNRE-INDUCED IMMUNE FUNCTIONS
Abstract:In this experiment,we have obsevved whether the electro-acupuncture (EA)possese strenthening effects on immune function after intracerebroven- tricular(ICV)injections of dihydroxyphenylserine(DOPS)or electical stim- ulation of locus coeruleus(LC)raises the central norepinephrine(NE)levels or excites the activity of central NE-ergic neurons,respectively. The increase of EA-mediated T-lymphocyte transformation ability was suppressed and the antibods produced by B-lymphocyte system was raised after ICV injected DOPS which raise the NE levels in brain.The influenoe factors of DOPS upon the increase of EA-mediated immune function were complicated Among them,the factor in dosage-effect of DOPS may be involved in it. The ability of T-lymphpcyte transformation and lysozyme levels were markedly increased in stimulated LC group or in stimulated LC plus EA group. It showed that the immune functions could be increased when stimulating LC which can excite the abiity of central NE-(?)rgic neurons.At the sam time, the strenthening effects of immune function induc(?)d by stimulating LC may cooperated with EA.
