摘    要:本课题旨在探讨电针对动物急性脑缺血时神经保护作用的可能机制,根据一氧化氮(NO)的作用依其在脑缺血不同阶段的细胞来源而有所不同,因此观察了电针对脑缺血后各型一氧化氮合酶(NOS)mRNA表达的影响,结果表明,针刺可能通过抑制脑缺血后nNOSmRNA、iNOSmRNA的过量表达而起到对神经元的保护作用。

Effect of Electro-acupuncture on Nitric Oxide Synthase Expression in Rat Brain after Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion
Abstract:The received view is that nitric oxide (NO)gives the protective or destructive effect according to the differen cellular source of NO and different stage of evolution of ischemia. In present work, we studied the reationship between different types of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and electro-acupunc-ture (EA) effect on acufe cerebral ischemia in rats with transient cerebral middie forry occlusion (MCAO). The results show that the neuroprotective effect of EA may be related to inhibition of nNOS mRNA and iNOS mRNA over-expression
