摘    要:目的 :观察在背根反射和轴突反射实验条件下 ,穴位刺激对内脏组织的效应。方法 :以神经源性炎症反应作为经络活动的指标进行观察。结果 :电刺激“足三里”穴经背根反射和长轴突反射可引起胃肠道等消化系统内脏的神经源性炎症反应 ,而其他内脏组织不出现类似反应 ,这与我们以前刺激“承山”穴引起泌尿、生殖系统内脏的反应形成鲜明对照 ,为揭示经脉 脏腑相关联系提供了一种新途径。如果实验前 6天预先给穴位注射辣椒素 ( 6 6mM ,50 μL) ,则电刺激穴位后相关内脏组织出现的Evans蓝渗出被阻断。结论 :穴位刺激引起内脏组织的神经源性炎症反应是由辣椒素敏感的传入纤维介导的。

Acupoint Electrical Stimulation Initiates Visceral Neurogenic Inflammation Reaction via Primary Afferent Reflex in the Rat

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint stimulation on the internal organs under experimental dorsal root reflex and axonal reflex. Methods: 29 SD rats were randomly divided into control group (n=8), experimental group (n=13) and casaicin group (n=8). A transverse incision operation of spinal cord between T 12 and T 13 was performed in these rats and all the ventral roots below T 13 were amputated. Evans fluid (40 mg/kg) was injected intravenously via the external jugular vein. Left "Zusanli"(ST 36) was stimulated electrically for 30 min with a concentric electrode by setting the stimulating parameters of wave width being 0.5 ms, strength 15 mA and frequency 5 Hz. Rats of capsaicin group were treated by injecting capsaicin 50 μL(66 mMol) into "Zusanli"(ST 36) 6 days before each experiment for injuring fine afferent nerve fibers. At the end of each experiment, the rats were killed for opening the abdominal cavity and observing exudation state in the internal organs. The neurogenic inflammation was considered to be the index of the activity of meridian. Results: Findings showed that under the two reflex conditions, the Evans blue content of the visceral organs such as liver, spleen, pancreas and the whole gastrointestinal tract increased significantly compared with that of control group(P<0.01) following electrical stimulation of "Zusanli"(ST 36). The exudation was not evident in the lung, heart, bladder, kidney, ureter, spermatic duct, testicle, etc. No significant differences were found between experimental group and control group in Evans blue content in bladder, testicle, etc. The present study provided a new way to study the correlation between meridian and visceral organs. In capsaicin group, no significant differences were found between capsaicin and control group in the Evans blue contents in these organ tissues (P>0.05), but in comparison with experimental group, Evans blue contents in liver, spleen, pancreas and gastrointestinal tract lowered apparently (P<0.01). Conclusion: The fact suggests that the neurogenic inflammation of the viseral organs evoked by electrical stimulation of acupoint is mediated by the capsaicin sensitive afferent fibres.
