摘    要:<正> 文献报道调节疼痛和血压的核团在中枢内有重叠,本实验室也证明具有镇痛效应的电针刺激有升高动脉血压的作用。实验表明,电刺激A_1、A_5、A_6(蓝斑)核团都可引起升压效应,三者是延髓、桥脑加压区的一部分。因此,本工作目的是(1)进一步分析不同穴位、不同参数的电针刺激对血压的效应有否不同;(2)再次检验电刺激A_1、A_5蓝斑以及蓝斑内微量注射L-谷氨酸钠对血压的作用,并分析三核团在电针升压效应中的作用。


RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PRESSOR EFFECT OF ELECTROACUPUNCTURE AND FUNCTIONS OF A_1, A_5, AND LOCUS COERULEUS NUCLEI
Abstract:Our experiments showed that analgesic electroacupuncture (EA: 8c/s, 3V) had a pressor effect in conscious paralysed male rats under artificial respiration. The pressor effects of "Zusanli--Sanyingiao" and "Quchi-Neigu- an" were statistically different, suggesting that the effects of different acu- points were relatively specific. There was no significant difference betwe- en effects of different EA parameters used. In further experiments, ele- ctrostimulation of A_1 (or A_5, locus coeruleus) or microinjection of sodium glutamate into locus coeruleus produced a marked rise in blood pressure, but the pressor effect of EA remained unchanged after bilateral lesions of A_1 or A_5 nuclei. Thus, it is liKely that A_1 and A_5 areas do not play an- important role in pressor effect of EA. On the contrary, the pressor effect of EA was abolished by bilateral lesions of locus coeruleus, indica- ting that locus coeruleus (A_6) plays a critical role in pressor effect of EA.
