| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大黄虫丸对荷瘤小鼠的免疫作用。方法:选择移植性肝癌H22小鼠为模型,观察大黄虫丸的抑瘤作用并检测免疫指标。结果:大黄虫丸对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤无明显的抑制作用,与对照组相比实验组小鼠的NK细胞杀伤活性及T细胞分泌IL-4的能力均显著增高(P<0.005,P<0.001)。结论:大黄虫丸能增强荷瘤小鼠体内NK细胞的杀伤功能及体液免疫功能。 |

| Abstract: | AIM: To explore the immunifaction of Dahuang Zhechong Capsule on tumor-bearing mice. METHODS: The model of transplanted tumor of hepatocarcinoma cell line H_22 in mice was selected.We observed the effects of inhibiting tumor and detected the marker of immunology used by Dahuang Zhechong Capsule. RESULTS: Dahuang Zhechnong Capsule could not obviously inhibit the growth of the transplantation tumor of H_22 mice,the cytotoxic function of NK cell and the function of T cell producte IL-4 were obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.005,P<0.001). CONCLUSION: Dahuang Zhechong Capsule could reinforce the cytotoxic function of NK cell and the function of humoral immunity in tumor-bearing mice. |
