| 摘 要： | 目的：对四逆汤大孔树脂精制物（以下简称四逆汤精制物）进行实验研究。方法：用D101大孔吸附树脂分离精制四逆汤，运用化学与药效学指标对精制物进行讨论。结果：四逆汤精制物薄层层析图谱及HPLC图谱与四逆汤基本一致，并且有显著升高羟胺处理小鼠血清一氧化氮含量。结论：四逆汤精制物能保留四逆汤的有效成分。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the purification of Sini Decoction (SND) with macroporous resin D 101 . Methods: SND was isolated and purified by macroporous resin D 101 . The purification of SND was evaluated by chemical and pharmacological methods. Results: The thin layer chromatograms, high performance liquid chromatograms of the SND purification and those of SND were almost the same; also the SND purification can significantly promote the content of nitric oxide (NO) in serum of mice treated by Metaraminol. Conclusion: The SND purification can keep the active ingredients of SND. |
