| 摘 要： | 本研究采用反相高效液相色谱法，以甲醇：水（７５：２５）为流动相，对牛黄的甲醇提取液直接进样分析，一次进样即能分离游离型胆酸（ＣＡ），去氧胆酸（ＤＣＡ），鹅去氧胆酸（ＣＤＣＡ）以及结合型甘氨酸胆酸（ＧＣＡ）。方法简便易行，回收率好。

| Abstract: | Using reversal-HPLC with the mobile phase of methanol:water(75:25),the authors directly sampled and analyzed the methanol-extract of Calculus Bovis.The free cholic acid(CA),deoxycholic acid(DCA),chenodesoxycholic acid(CDCA)and combination glycocholic acid(CCA)can be separated when sample was sampled on one times. This method is simple and available with a good recovery. |
