复方沙棘籽油栓治疗子宫颈糜烂疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨复方沙棘籽油栓(沙棘籽油,蛇床子,苦参,炉甘石,乳香等)治疗子宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法:212例子宫颈糜烂患者,于月经干净后开始用药,将1枚复方沙棘籽油栓置入阴道后穹窿,每日1次,7次为1疗程。结果:第1疗程有效率为82.08%,两个疗程总的有效率为94.81%,轻度子宫颈糜烂疗效高于中度和重度(P<0.01),差异有显著性。单纯型子宫颈糜烂疗效高于颗粒型及乳头型(P<0.01),差异有显著性。结论:复方沙棘籽油栓治疗子宫颈糜烂疗效可靠,副作用小,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of Compound Shajiziyou Suppository (Oleum Hippophae, Fructus Cnidii, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Calamina, Resina Olibani, etc.) on cervical erosion. Methods: 212 patients suffering from cervical erosion were treated with 1 piece of Compound Shajiziyou Suppository in vaginal fornix everyday after menstruation, 7 sessions constituting a single therapeutic course. Results: The effective rate during the first therapeutic course was 82.08%. The total effective rate during two therapeutic courses was 94.81%. The curative effect for the mild cervical erosion was better than for the moderate and severe cervical erosion(P<0.01). There was a significant difference. The curative effect for the simple cervical erosion was better than that for the granular type and mamillary type of cervical erosion(P<0.01). There was also significat difference. Conclusion: Compound Shajiziyou Suppository showed a reliable curative effect for cervical erosion with smaller side effect.
