微波干燥灭菌工艺在丸剂生产中的应用

摘    要:采用微波干燥灭菌工艺试用于丸剂生产。方法:用微波干燥灭菌工艺对不同丸剂类型的5种产品进行试验,结果:成品的性状,溶散时限,水分,微生物限度检查等质量指标均符合标准规定。结论:实践表明,微波具有干燥速度快,内外干燥均匀,产生膨胀化作用,低温灭菌,节约能源,提高功效等优点,效果满意,在丸剂生产中可推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To try the microwave dryness destroy bacteria technics during the production of pill. Methods: The tests of five kinds of products in different pill types have been carried out with microwave technies. Results: The quality marker of finished product character, time limit of dissolve, moisture, the limit of microorganism are all accord with the regulation. Conclusion: The practise show that microwave has faster dry speed, even interior and exterior dry effect even. It has expend effect and destroy bacterial at low temperature and other virtucs like that, it can save energy and improve efficacy. The effect is satisfactory. The application of this technics can be extended.
