| 摘 要： | 分别用渗漉法和超声提取法制备当归流浸膏。测定了其中的总固体含量、乙醇含量．并对其化学成分进行了TLC定性检查和阿魏酸含量比较，结果证明超声提取能提高当归流浸膏中化学成分的含量。采用超声浸提法制备的当归流浸膏优于药典沙波法制备品。

| Abstract: | The fliud extract of Radix Angelicae Sinensis was prepared by percolation and ultrasonic extraction methods,respectlvely. The total solid content and alcohol content of two kinds of extract were determined. Their chemical compositions were identified by TLC and feruic acid contents were also compared. As a result. the ultrasonic extraction can raise the chemical composition content in the fluid extract of Radix Angelicae Sinensis. The fluid extract prepared by ultrasonic extraction method is prior to that prepared by percolation method. |
