| 摘 要： | 采用三龙风湿宝口服液治疗类风湿关节炎30例（治疗组），并随机与益肾蠲痹丸对照组30例比较。结果表明治疗组有效率为96．7％，对照组为83．3％，两者有显著差异（P＜0．05）；显效以上治疗组60．0％，对照组13．3％（P＜0．05）；治疗组优于对照组，且无毒副作用；提示三龙风湿宝是治疗类风湿关节炎的一种有效药物。

| Abstract: | Sanlongfengshibao Oral Liquid was applied for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis on 30 cases (therapy group)and its curative effect was compared with that of Yishenjuanpi Pills control group (30 cases)at random. As a result,the effective rates of therapy group and control group are 96. 7% and 83. 3%,respectively. There is a significant difference between two grunips (P<0. 05). The obvious effective rates of therapy group and control group are 60. 0%and 13. 3%,respectively(p<0. 05). The therapy group is prior to control group and showed no side-effect,which suggested that it be a kind of effective Chinese medicine for rheumatoid arthritis. |
