摘    要:目的:对南瓜多糖有效部位进行提取、分离并进行降糖作用的研究。方法:将葫芦科植物Cucurbiat moschata Duch南瓜由水提、醇沉后经大孔径离子柱和Sepherose柱、SephadexA-200柱分离,获得多糖组份,冷冻干燥后得白色粉末多糖,该多糖经给予四氧嘧啶糖尿病造模大鼠(3.8g/kg)连续21d后测定其空腹血糖的变化情况,以中药消渴丸作为阳性对照组,结果该有效部位有明显降低四氧

Abstract:Objective: To study the extraction and separation of effective composition of Pumpkin Polysaccharide and its glucatonic effect. Methods: Pumpkin (Cucurbiat moschata Puch) was water extracted, alcohol precipitated and separated on the macroporous absorption resin column, sepherose and sephadex A 200 columns. The polysaccharide obtained was colded and dried into white powder. The alloxan diabetic rate was given the polysaccharide powder (3.8g/kg) and xiaoke pills (positire control group) for successive 21 days, respectively. Their blood sugar changes in fasting were determined. Results: Pumpkin polysaccharide has remarkable glucatonic effect on alloxan diabetic rats. The effect is supperior to xiaoke control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion: The effective composition of pumpkin polysaccharide has significant glucatonic effect on alloxan diabetic rats.
