| 摘 要： | 目的：对南瓜多糖有效部位进行提取、分离并进行降糖作用的研究。方法：将葫芦科植物Ｃｕｃｕｒｂｉａｔ ｍｏｓｃｈａｔａ Ｄｕｃｈ南瓜由水提、醇沉后经大孔径离子柱和Ｓｅｐｈｅｒｏｓｅ柱、ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＡ－２００柱分离，获得多糖组份，冷冻干燥后得白色粉末多糖，该多糖经给予四氧嘧啶糖尿病造模大鼠（３．８ｇ／ｋｇ）连续２１ｄ后测定其空腹血糖的变化情况，以中药消渴丸作为阳性对照组，结果该有效部位有明显降低四氧

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the extraction and separation of effective composition of Pumpkin Polysaccharide and its glucatonic effect. Methods: Pumpkin (Cucurbiat moschata Puch) was water extracted, alcohol precipitated and separated on the macroporous absorption resin column, sepherose and sephadex A 200 columns. The polysaccharide obtained was colded and dried into white powder. The alloxan diabetic rate was given the polysaccharide powder (3.8g/kg) and xiaoke pills (positire control group) for successive 21 days, respectively. Their blood sugar changes in fasting were determined. Results: Pumpkin polysaccharide has remarkable glucatonic effect on alloxan diabetic rats. The effect is supperior to xiaoke control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion: The effective composition of pumpkin polysaccharide has significant glucatonic effect on alloxan diabetic rats. |
