| Abstract: | In this experiment, it was proved that ultrasonic extraction method raise the yield of total saponins of Gynostemma. The optimum extraction conditions included: ultrasonic highfrequency extraction for 3 times, 80 min per time. The yield is to be 1. 226%. |
