| 摘 要： | 目的 :测定桂枝及桂枝茯苓胶囊中桂皮醛和桂皮酸的含量。方法 :用RP HPLC法 ,ZobaxODS柱为固定相 ,乙腈∶0 .1%磷酸溶液 (34∶76 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 85nm。结果 :桂皮醛在 3.34～ 5 3.4 μg·mL-1,桂皮酸在 0 .80 4～ 12 .9μg·mL-1呈现良好的线形关系 ,相关系数分别为 0 .9996、0 .9999。加样回收率桂枝中桂皮醛为 98.6 % ,RSD为 1.35 % (n=6 ) ,桂皮酸为 99.2 % (n =6 )RSD为 0 .97%。桂枝茯苓胶囊中桂皮醛为 97.4 % ,RSD为 1.6 2 % (n =6 ) ,桂皮酸为10 0 .1% ,RSD为 0 .73% (n =6 )。结论 :本方法简便、准确、重现性好。适用于桂枝和它的复方测定
