吴茱萸炮制前后生物碱及毒性比较

摘    要:以生物碱为指标,对吴茱萸及不同炮制品进行了定性、定量比较。结果表明,吴茱萸及其炮制品均含主生物碱(吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱)和辛内弗林。炒品总生物碱含量明显高于其它炮制品;毒性实验显示吴茱萸毒性很小,炮制前后亦无显著差异,为筛选吴茱萸炮制工艺及临床用药提供了一定依据。

Abstract:Using alkaloid as an index,Fructus Evodiae and its different processed products were compared in qualitation and quantitation. As a result,all of them possessed main alkaloids(evodiarnine and rutaecarpine ) and synephrine. The total alkaloid content in the baked was higher than that of other processed products. In toxic test, Fructus Evodiae revealed little toxicity and no obvious difference was observed before and after being processed. These studies provided a certain base to select its processing technology and for clinical application.
