霍山石斛多糖对糖尿病性白内障大鼠眼球晶状体组织抗氧化作用的研究

摘    要:目的 研究霍山石斛多糖对糖尿病性白内障大鼠眼球晶状体组织的抗氧化作用.方法 采用链脲佐菌素对SD大鼠腹腔注射制造糖尿病性大鼠白内障模型,酶法测定各组大鼠眼球晶状体组织的谷胱甘肽( GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)、蛋白质羰基化产物的含有量以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的酶活力.结果 霍山石斛多糖能够显著增加糖尿病性白内障大鼠晶状体组织中GSH水平、降低MDA及羰基的含有量,提高其GSH-PX、GR、GST、SOD、CAT酶活力.结论 霍山石斛多糖可能通过干预氧化应激途径延缓糖尿病性白内障的发展.

Abstract:AIM To investigate the antioxidant effect of polysaccharide from Dendrobium huoshanense on lens tissues of diabetic cataract rats.METHODS Rats treated with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin were set as the animal model of diabetic cataract.The contents of GSH,MDA and carbonyl protein were tested and the enzyme activities of GSH-PX,GR,GST,CAT and SOD were determined.RESULTS The experiment showed Dendrobium huoshanense polysaccharide could increase the content of GSH in lens and enhance the enzyme activities of GSH-PX,GR,GST,SOD and CAT,at the same time decrease contents of MDA and the protein degradation markedly on the diabetic rats.CONCLUSION The development of diabetic cataract is prevented by the polysaccharide of Dendrobium huoshanense possibly through the amelioration of oxidative stress.
