HPLC法同时测定小儿解表颗粒中6种成分

目的建立HPLC法同时测定小儿解表颗粒(金银花、连翘、牛蒡子等)中葛根素、连翘酯苷A、黄芩苷、牛蒡苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素的含有量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈⁃0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长250、278、326 nm。结果6种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9992),平均加样回收率98.8%~101.4%,RSD 0.58%~1.6%。结论该方法准确,重复性好,可用于小儿解表颗粒的质量控制。

Simultaneous determination of six constituents in Xiao’er Jiebiao Granules by HPLC

AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of puerarin,for⁃sythiaside A,baicalin,arctiin,wogonoside and baicalein in Xiao’er Jiebiao Granules(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Forsythiae Fructus,Arctii Fructus,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was per⁃formed on a 30℃thermostatic Waters Symmetry C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile⁃0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the de⁃tection wavelengths were set at 250,278,326 nm.RESULTS Six constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9992),whose average recoveries were 98.8%-101.4%with the RSDs of 0.58%-1.6%.CONCLUSION This accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Xiao’er Jiebiao Granules.
