| 摘 要： | 目的：观察首乌冲剂对高脂血症及高凝状态的临床疗效。方法：进行了５０例临床验证，其中治疗组３０例，对照组２０例。结果：治疗组有效率明显优于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５），无毒副作用。结论：说明首乌冲剂具有较为显著的改善高脂血症、高凝状态的功效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the curative effect of Shouwu Granules on patients suffering from hyperlipidemia and hypercoagulable state. Methods: 50 cases with hyperlipidemia and hypercoagulable state were randomly divided into the therapy group (shouwu Granules n=30) and the control one (Placebo n=20). The significant effective rate (including significant effect and clinical cure) and total effective rate between the two groups were compared. Results: There were significant differences between two groups in significant effective rate and effective rate ( P <0.05). No toxic and side effects were observed. Conclusions: Shouwu Granules is effective on improving hyperlipidemia and hypercoagulable state. |
