短管兔耳草化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究短管兔耳草Lagotis brevituba Maxim的化学成分。方法短管兔耳草70%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI柱和制备液相色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为3,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛(1)、3,4-二甲氧基苯丙酸(2)、阿魏酸甲酯(3)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(4)、木犀草素(5)、柯伊利素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、香叶木素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、4-p-香豆酸-O-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、4-p-香豆酸-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、6-O-α-L-(3-3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酰)-吡喃鼠李糖基]-梓醇(10)。结论化合物2~4、8~10为首次从该属分离得到,化合物1~4、8~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:AIM To study the chemical constituents from Lagotis brevituba Maxim.METHODS The 70%ethanol extract of L.brevituba was isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,MCI column and preparative liquid chromatography,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde(1),3,4-dimethoxy phenylpropionic acid(2),methyl ferulic acid(3),dibutyl phthalate(4),luteolin(5),chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucoside(6),diosmetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),4-p-cumaroyl-O-α-D-glucose(8),4-p-cumar-oyl-O-β-D-glucose(9),6-O-α-L-(3-3,4-dimethoxycinnamoyl)-rhamnopyranosy]-catalpol(10).CONCLUSION Compounds 2-4、8-10 are isolated from genus Lagotis for the first time,and compounds1-4、8-10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
