血竭治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床研究

目的:为观察血竭治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效和不良反应。方法:采用血竭口服及保留灌肠治疗UC患者81例,并与柳氮磺胺吡啶口服及保留灌肠治疗UC患者81例对照。结果:治疗组完全缓解率为24.69,总有效率67.90。对照组中9例因不良反应未完成疗程,完全缓解率为25.00,总有效率为72.22,两组无显著差异(P>0.05),但两组不良反应有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:血竭与柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎,疗效相近,但前者不良反应明显少于后者。

Clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis with Sanguis Draxconis

AIM: To observe the curative effect and adverse drup reaction (ADR) of Sanguis Draxconis in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC). METHODS: 81 cases with UC were given peroral and retention-enema with Sanguis Draxconis. They were compered with another 81 cases which were given peroral and retention-enema with SASP. RESULTS: The curative rate and total effective rate were 24.69% and 67.90% respectively in the treatment group, 25.00% and 72.22% respectively in the controlled group. There was not a great difference between the two groups (P>0.05). But the ADR was a great difference (P<0.05). 9 cases did not complete the trial because of ADR in the controlled group. CONCLUSION: The efficacy of Sanguis Draxconis and SASP were similar in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, but the ADR of the former are significantly less than that of the later.
