美丽芍药根中黄酮类成分及其生物活性

摘    要:目的研究美丽芍药Paeonia mairei Levl.中黄酮类成分及其生物活性。方法美丽芍药根70%乙醇提取物的分析采用D101、硅胶、Rp?18、Sephadex LH?20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。HEK293模型测试其体外激动褪黑素受体1活性。结果从中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为橙皮素(1)、异鼠李素(2)、芹菜素(3)、柚皮素(4)、牡荆素(5)、木犀草素(6)、没食子酸乙酯(7)、齐墩果酸(8)、β?谷甾醇(9)。化合物3~4对褪黑素受体1的激动率分别为(7.16±1.14)%、(14.72±4.52)%。结论化合物1~6为首次从植物中分离得到。化合物3~4对褪黑素受体1具有激动作用。

Abstract:AIM To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Paeonia mairei Levl.and their biological activities.METHODS The ethanol extract from the roots of P.mairei was isolated and purified by D101,silica,Rp?18 and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Their agitating of melatonin receptor 1 activities in vitro were tested by HEK293 model.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as hesperetin(1),isorhamnetin(2),apigenin(3),naringenin(4),vitexin(5),luteolin(6),ethyl galloyl acid(7),oleanolic acid(8),β?sitosterol(9).Compounds 3-4 showed activities with the agitation rate of(7.16±1.14)%,(14.72±4.52)%,respectively.CONCLUSION Compounds 1-6 are obtained from this plant for the first time.Compounds 3-4 have agonistic effects on melatonin receptor 1.
