黄芪丹参注射液对大鼠脑出血灶周围神经元的电镜观察

摘    要:目的:采用电子透射显微镜观察黄芪丹参注射液对大鼠实验性脑出血后血肿周围神经细胞凋亡的影响.方法:采用肝素化Ⅶ型胶原酶脑内注入法制作大鼠脑出血模型.将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分成3个治疗组(黄芪注射液治疗组,丹参注射液治疗组,黄芪丹参注射液联合治疗组),出血组,正常组.透射电镜观察不同时间点单味及联合用药对大鼠实验性脑出血后血肿周围凋亡神经细胞超微结构的影响.结果:正常组超微结构正常.出血组可见大部分细胞胞体缩小,核膜凹陷,核固缩,染色质边集等改变.黄芪治疗组,丹参治疗组与黄芪丹参联合治疗组神经元线粒体,核膜,粗面内质网等损伤程度明显好于出血组.黄芪丹参合用组作用最显著,其神经元核膜规则,胞质内细胞器超微结构清晰、完整.结论:黄芪注射液、丹参注射液、黄芪丹参注射液均能不同程度的保护神经细胞,减少大鼠脑出血后神经细胞的凋亡,其中,黄芪丹参联合治疗组比单用黄芪或丹参减少神经细胞凋亡效果更显著.

The electron microscopy observation on treating intracerebral hemorrhage rats with Huangqi Danshen injection
Abstract:Objective: To taking the protection of astragalus and salviae miltiorrhiza injection on neurons that surround intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rats. Method: ICH model was established by injecting collagenase VII into the brain of rats. The rats in every group were graded according to the function of nerve after analepsia. The ultrastructure of neurons that surround intracerebral hemorrhage in rats was observed by transmission electron microscope. Results: The ultrastructure of neuron in normal group was common, however, it was destroyed seriously in model group. The ultrastructure of neuron in astragalus and salviae miltiorrhiza treatment group improved obviously compared with model group. Conclusion: Astragalus injection, salviae miltiorrhiza injection or combining astragalus and salviae miltiorrhiza injection can promote the neural function recovery of ICH rats. In remedial group, neuron ultrastructure in combining astragalus and salviae miltiorrhiza treatment group is more significantly than astragalus group, salviae miltiorrhiza group.
