| 摘 要： | 目的：比较合谷刺配合推拿手法与常规针刺配合推拿手法治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法：回顾性病例对照研究92例肩周炎患者，观察组53例，采用合谷刺配合推拿手法治疗，对照组39例，采用常规针刺配合推拿手法治疗，治疗1个疗程后疗效对比。结果：两组治疗后均取得较好疗效，经统计学处理，对两样本显愈率进行，检验，有显著性差异（P〈0．01），观察组显愈率高于对照组。结论：合谷刺配合推拿手法治疗肩周炎优于常规针刺配合推拿手法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To compare clinical effective of treating shoulder inflammation in Hegu needling plus massage. Methods： To control study on 92cases of shoulder inflammation, observation group is 53 cases treating shoulder inflammation in Hegu needling plus massage, control group is 39 cases treating shoulder inflammation in conventional needling plus massage, to compare effective after. Results： Two groups have a good effects, statistical analysis, x2 test on two groups effective, has a significant （P〈0.01）, the effective rate of observation group is higher than the control group. Conclusion： Treating shoulder inflammation in Hegu needling plus massage is better than conventional needling plus massage. |
