| 摘 要： | 洪素兰教授认为特发性肺纤维化化病属中医“肺痿”，肺气亏虚为病之本，痰瘀热互结阻络为病之标，提出了“清肺化痰、祛瘀通络”法贯穿疾病之治疗之始终的治疗原则，应用千金苇茎汤加减进行治疗取得了明显的疗效。

| Abstract: | Professor HONG Su-lan believe that the idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis disease belong to TCM ＂Feiwei＂, the deficiency of lung was the disease fundamental, phlegm and blood stasis heat each knot for the sick of the standard, proposed a ＂clearing the lungs phlegm, dispels stasis meridians＂ method has always been throughout the disease treatment principles, the modified Qianjin Weijing decoction is effective on treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. |
