中药汤剂配合艾灸、耳穴贴敷治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃气虚型48例临床观察

目的:观察中药汤剂配合艾条灸及耳穴刺激治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎气虚型疗效观察。方法:84例患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组48例,对照组36例,观察组采用中药汤剂配合艾灸、耳穴贴敷治疗,对照组单纯口服中药汤剂。观察治疗前后的症状变化。结果:观察组的好转率91.7%,对照组的好转率86.1%,而且观察组较对照组缩短住院天数平均为4～5d。结论:口服中药汤剂并配合艾灸及耳穴刺激按压较单纯使用中药汤剂具有显著的疗效。

Clinical observation on treating Piwei Qixu type chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM decoction plus moxibustion, auricular sticking

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy oft TCM decoction plus moxibustion, auricular sticking in treating Piwei Qixu type chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 84 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 48 cases in the observation group, 36 cases in the control group; the observation group was treated in TCM decoction plus moxibustion, auricular sticking, the control group was treated by oral TCM decoction. The changes of symptoms were observed before and after treatment. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 91.3%, and was 86.1% in the control group, and the observation group shortened the length of hospital stay for an average of 4 to 5 days. Conclusion： The efficacy of TCM decoction plus moxibustion, auricular sticking was better than that simply using TCM decoction.
