| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中医结合治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法：38例围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者采用四物汤加减治疗。结果：治愈23例，占60．53％，有效12例，占31．58％，无效3例，占7．89％。总有效率为92．11％。结论：中医治疗围绝经期功血疗效确切，值得，胳床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the combined treatment of TCM perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding clinical effects. Methods： To treat 38 cases of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Wuwu decoction. Results： The cure 60.53% accounted for 23 cases, and 12 cases were effective, accounting 31.58%, 3 cases were invalid, accounting 7.89%. The total effective rate was 92.11%. Conclusion： To treat perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleedin in TCM has a good effect. |
