中医治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效观察

目的：探讨中医治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的治疗措施及临床效果。方法：将2006年1月至2007年12月我院治疗的更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者48例，随机分为观察组24例（固本调经汤加减治疗）和对照组24例（三七血伤宁胶囊治疗），对两组的治疗效果进行对比。结果：两组治疗后的治愈率及总有效率相比差异有显著性（P〈0．05），两组治疗后与治疗前的血红蛋白含量相比差异有非常显著性（P〈O．01），两组治疗后的血红蛋白含量相比差异有非常显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：固本调经汤治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血疗效明显，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding in TCM

Objective： To investigate the treatment measures and clinical results of treating menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in TCM. Methods： 48 cases of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into 24 cases of observer groups and 24 cases of control groups, to juxtapose the treatment effect of two groups. Result： The difference between the cure rate and the total effective rate of two groups has significance before treatment （P〈0.05）, the difference of hemoglobin content between after treatment and before treatment has significance （P〈0.01）, the difference of hemoglobin content of two groups has significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： To treat menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Guben Tiaojing decoction gets a good result.
