上肢外展支架固定内收型肱骨外科颈骨折

目的：探讨内收型粉碎性肱骨外科颈骨折用上肢外展支架复位固定治疗效果。方法：用中医正骨手法复位内收型粉碎性肱骨外科颈骨折，用小夹板包扎超肩关节固定上臂，再用上肢外展支架将伤肢上臂于外展位放置固定。结果：本组28例内收型粉碎性肱骨外科颈骨折病人复位后运用外展支架固定伤肢后骨折稳定性增加，没有发生骨折再移位，骨折愈合快，肩关节功能恢复良好，临床愈合时间4周，骨性愈合8～12周。疗效优（骨折对位对线好，肩关节功能完全恢复）25例，良（骨折对位对线稍差，肩关节前屈、外展活动稍受限）3例，无一例发生臂丛神经损伤或肩关节粘连等并发症。结论：该方法固定治疗内收型粉碎性肱骨外科颈骨折，取材方便，操作简单易行，疗程短，效果显著，无并发症，非常适合基层医院开展工作。

Fixing adduction fracture of surgical neck of humerus by upper extremity abduction brace

Objective： To investigate the treatment effect of fixing adduction fracture of surgical neck of humerus by upper extremity abduction brace. Methods： To reset adductor comminuted fracture of surgical neck of humerus by traditional bone setting manipulation, to fix the upper armwrap by splinting shoulder, to fix the limbs arm by upper extremity abduction brace in outside the booth. Result： The stability was increased when 28 cases of adduction fracture of surgical neck of humerus fixing limbs by extremity abduction brace, fracture displacement did＇t occur again, the shoulder function have a good recovery. The healing time was 4 weeks, the bone healing was 8- 12 weeks. The effect of 25 cases patients were excellent. 3 cases of patients were good. Conclusion： Treating adduction fracture of surgical neck of humerus by this way, easily obtained, the operation is simple, the effect was significant.
