| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针灸与中药相结合治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：将40例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组，每组20例，治疗组针灸与中药相结合治疗，对照组外用阿昔洛韦膏，口服阿昔洛韦片。结果：治疗组治愈6例，好转14例，无效0例，总有效率100％；对照组治愈2例，好转15例，无效3例，总有效率85％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：火针联合中药治疗带状疱疹临床疗效优于阿昔洛韦。

Clinical effective observation on treating Herpes zoster by acupuncture puls TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating herpes zoster by acupuncture puls TCM. Methods： 40 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups, to treat 20 cases of treatment groups by acupuncture puls TCM, to treat 20 cases of control groups with applying acyclovir ointment and drinking acyclovir tablets. Result： in treatment group, 6 were cured, 14 w~re improved, 0 were invalid, and the total effective rate was 100%; in control group, 2 were cured, 15 were improved, 3 were invalid, the total effective rate was 85%, the difference have statistics significance between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of treating herpes zoster by acupuncture puls TCM is better than acyclovir. |
