旋覆代赭汤加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎30例

目的:观察旋覆代赭汤加减对治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法:将60例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组采用中药旋覆代赭汤加减治疗,对照组采用口服西药治疗。结果:经1个疗程治疗后,治疗组临床治愈16例,好转12例,未愈2例,总有效率为93.3%;对照组分别为临床治愈12例,好转10例,未愈8例,总有效率为73.3%。治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(x2=4.32,P0.05)。

Treating 30 cases of bile reflux gastritis with the Xuanfu Daizhe decoction

Objective:To observe the effects of the Xuanfu Daizhe decoction in treating bile reflux gastritis.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the treated group(30 cases)and the control group,the treated group was treated with the Xuanfu Daizhe decoction,the control group was treated with western medicine.Results:After a course of treatment,in the treated group,16 patients were cured,12 cases were improved,unhealed in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.3%;In the control group,12 cases were cured,improved in 10 cases,unhealed in 8 cases,the total effective rate was 73.3%.The total effective rate in the treated was higher,differences were significant(x2=4.32,P<0.05).
