| 摘 要： | 肝泄是指情志不舒、郁怒伤肝所引起的泄泻。本文所述泄泻,为郁病基础上的并发症,是一种特殊类型的泄泻。肝脾不和是泄泻的基本病机,在疏肝健脾的基础上进行脏腑虚实寒热的辨证施治是治疗泄泻的基础和出发点。

| Abstract: | Ganxie was the diarrhea caused by Qingzhi Bushu,Yunu Shanggan.This article of the diarrhea was complications on the depressive disease,was a special type of diarrhea.Ganpi Buhe was the basic pathogenesis of diarrhea,differential treatment of viscera actual situation cold and heat was the foundation and starting point for treating diarrhea on the basis of the Shugan Jianpi. |
