耳穴压贴治疗哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨耳穴压贴治疗哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效。方法：采用前瞻性对照研究将84例哮喘慢性持续期患者简单随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均根据哮喘病情控制分级制定治疗方案，治疗组在此基础上同时加用耳穴压贴，取肺、平喘、气管、神门、肾上腺、喘点、脾、肾、三焦等穴位：对照组采用相同胶布贴敷做空白对照，观察两组哮喘控制测试（ACT）、检测肺功能（FEV1％）、组胺支气管激发试验（PD20-FEV1），及肝肾功能、心电图等安全指标。结果：治疗后，治疗组及对照组在ACT评分、FEV1％、及PD20-FEV1均有改善，其中ACT评分及PD20．FEV1，治疗组（22．26±3．08；1．21±0．70）与对照组（20．46±4．39：0．83±0．72）在治疗后两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），FEV1％经治疗后两组均较治疗前明显改善，治疗组与对照组无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：耳穴压贴治疗哮喘慢性持续期有很好的临床治疗效果。

Clinical effect observation on treating chronic persistent asthma by auricular point sticking

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of auricular point sticking in treating chronic persistent asthma. Methods： 84 moderate persistent asthma patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups received grading treatment in bronchial asthma. The patients of the treatment group had been treated with auricular point sticking, which including Lung, Telieving Asthma, Trachea ect. The control group only received rubberized fabric treatment, observing the index such as ACT, FEV1%, PD20-FEVI and hepatic and renal function, ECG and other safety index in the both 2 groups. Results： ACT, FEVI% and PD20-FEV1 were improved after treatment in both two groups, But the ACT score and PD20-FEV1 in the auricular point sticking treatment group （22.26±3.08, 1.21±0.70） were significantly higher than that （20.46±4.39, 0.83±0.72） in the control group, showing a significant difference （P〈0.05）. However, there were no significant differences for FEV1% in two treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Auricular point pressing on has a good curative effect on chronic persistence asthma.
