中西医结合治疗鼻后滴漏综合征42例临床观察

目的:分析并评价联合使用养阴清肺汤加减与西药对鼻后滴漏综合征的临床治疗效果。方法:选择我院自2008年6月～2011年6月期间鼻后滴漏综合征患者84例,将全部患者随机分为观察组与对照组各42例。对照组单纯给予西药进行治疗;观察组在对照组实施的治疗措施基础上再给予中药养阴清肺汤加减口服,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:经治疗后观察组痊愈16例,显效14例,好转7例,无效5例,总有效率达88.10%。对照组痊愈10例,显效8例,好转7例,无效17例,总有效率为59.52%。两组总有效率比较差异显著(x2=4.43,P0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:联合使用养阴清肺汤加减与西药的中西药结合疗法对鼻后滴漏综合征的临床疗效优于单纯采用西药进行治疗。

Clinical observation on treating 42 cases of PNDS in the integrative medicine

Objective:To analyz and evaluate the clinical effects of Yangyin Qingfei decoction plus western medicine in treating PNDS.Methods:Since June 2008 to June 2011,84 cases were selected and randomly divided into the control group(42 cases)and the observation group(42 cases).The control group was given western medicine treatment;the observation group was treated with Yangyin Qingfei decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,16 cases were cured,14 cases were effective,7 cases were improved,5 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 88.10%.In the control group,10 cases were cured,8 cases were effective,7 cases were improved,17 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 59.52%.The differences of total effective rates in two groups were significant and were statistically significant.(x2=4.43,P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effects of Yangyin Qingfei decoction plus western medicine in treating PNDS were better than that using western medicine alone.
