| 摘 要： | 目的:观察抗生素联合血必净注射液治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患儿随机分为两组。对照组30例,给予常规抗生素及对症治疗。治疗组30例,在对照组治疗基础上加用血必净注射液静滴治疗。两组疗程均为5d。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为76.67%。两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:抗生素联合血必净注射液治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎在体温恢复及扁桃体炎症消除等方面疗效显著,明显优于对照组。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating children with acute purulent tonsillitis with antibiotics joint Xue Bi Jing injection.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (30 cases) treated with conventional antibiotics symptomatic treatment,and the treatment group (30 cases) was on the basis of the control group,and plus intravenous drip of Xue Bi Jing injection.Two groups were treated for 5 days.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67% in the control group,and in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 76.67%.The difference between two groups of significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The temperature recovery and elimination of tonsillitis disease efficacy of antibiotics in treating children with acute purulent tonsillitis with antibiotics joint Xue Bi Jing injection significantly than that of the control group. |
