中医补肾活血法治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

目的：探讨中医补肾活血法治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效,为提高此类患者治疗效果提供可靠依据,保障其生活质量及生命安全。方法：对照组患者给予常规西医临床治疗措施;研究组患者在上述常规治疗基础上加入中医补肾活血法联合治疗。观察并记录两组患者治疗前后各项生化指标变化情况,给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果：研究组与对照组糖尿病肾病患者治疗前24h尿蛋白、Scr、HbAlc、UAER等各项生化指标对比,结果无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组患者经治疗后各项生化指标均较治疗前显著改善,且研究组患者改善结果更为明显,对比结果具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在西医常规治疗基础上,加用中医补肾活血法联合治疗,可获得更为满意的临床疗效,保障患者生活质量及生命安全,值得在今后实际工作中推广应用。

Clinical research on treating diabetic nephropathy inTCM

Objective： To study clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue therapy on diabetic nephropathy. Reliable data, quality of life and safety were provided. Methods： The control group was treated with western medicine; another group was given Bushen Huoxue therapy more. Biochemical indicators were observed and recorded. The statistical analysis came to a conclusion. Results： 24h urinary protein, Scr, HbAlc, UAER in two groups showed no statistically significant before treatment （P〉0.05）. Biochemical indicators were obviously improved after treatment. Biochemical indicators in research group were better than that in another group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine could improve clinical effects and ensure quality of life and safety, and is worthy of promotion.
