知柏地黄丸结合中药熏洗治疗老年性阴道炎临床分析

目的:探索以知柏地黄丸结合中药熏洗治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将2016年8月-2019年8月期间于我院接受治疗的老年性阴道炎患者以区组随机化法分为参照组与试验组,每组各45例研究对象。对参照组患者给予知柏地黄丸进行治疗,对试验组患者给予知柏地黄丸结合中药熏洗进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的阴道炎症状评分、阴道清洁度评分、阴道黏膜评分、中医证候积分、临床疗效分析及炎症因子水平。结果:治疗前,两组患者的阴道炎症状评分、阴道清洁度评分及阴道黏膜评分对比,无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的阴道炎症状评分、阴道清洁度评分及阴道黏膜评分均优于参照组患者,差异明显(P<0.05);试验组患者的平均中医证候积分低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的临床疗效总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组研究对象的肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factorα,TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)及超敏C反应蛋白(Hypersensitive C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)水平无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者TNF-α、IL-6及hs-CRP水平显著低于治疗前,且低于对照组治疗后的水平(P<0.05)。结论:对老年性阴道炎患者采用知柏地黄丸结合中药熏洗进行治疗,能够较好地改善患者的症状,提升其阴道清洁度,促进恢复阴道黏膜,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广。

A clinical analysis of treating senile vaginitis with Zhibai Dihuang Wan plus TCM medicine fumigation-washing therapy

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Zhibai Dihuang Wan(知柏地黄丸)plus TCM medicine fumigation-washing therapy on senile vaginitis.Methods:Patients in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were randomly divided into the reference group and the test group,with 45 subjects in each group.The reference group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang Wan,and patients in the test group were treated by TCM medicine fumigation-washing therapy.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the vaginitis symptom score,vaginal cleanliness score and vaginal mucosal score in the groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the above indicators in the test group were better than those in the reference group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The average TCM syndrome score in the test group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the test group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP levels in the groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),after treatment,the above indicators in the test group were significantly lower than before and those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhibai Dihuang Wan plus TCM medicine fumigation-washing therapy on senile vaginitis can better improve the symptoms of patients,improve their vaginal cleanliness,promote the recovery of vaginal mucosa,with high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
