“什伍膏”治疗急性无菌性软组织损伤的临床研究

目的:研究分析中药配方颗粒组方“什伍膏”在急性无菌性软组织损伤治疗方面的应用与效果。方法:纳入我院2019年7月-2020年2月期间收治的66例急性无菌性软组织损伤患者为本次研究的主要对象,采用双盲随机法分为研究组(36例)及对照组(30例),其中对照组患者接受云南白药喷雾剂治疗,研究组患者接受“什伍膏”治疗,就两组患者临床治疗情况进行评估分析并比较。结果:治疗后研究组患者患侧肢体疼痛、肢体肿胀程度改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急性无菌性软组织损伤患者给予“什伍膏”治疗的临床效果确切,起效迅速且止痛消肿效果显著。

A clinical study on treating acute aseptic soft tissue injury with the Shiwu plaster

Objective:To study the application and effects of the Shiwu plaster(什伍膏)on acute aseptic soft tissue injury.Methods:66 cases admitted from July 2019 to February 2020 were included as the main target of this study and were divided into the study group(36 cases)and the control group(30 cases)by double-blind randomization method.The control group received the Yunnan Baiyao spray(云南白药喷雾剂),and the study group was given the Shiwu plaster.Results:After treatment,the improvement of affected limb pain and limb swelling in the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical efficacy in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of the Shiwu plaster on acute aseptic soft tissue injury is definite,with rapid onset of effects and remarkable pain relief and swelling effects.
