茯苓、枸杞、黄芪提取物和海参冻干粉配伍增强免疫力作用的实验研究

目的:观察茯苓提取物、枸杞提取物、黄芪提取物和海参冻干粉配伍制成混合物的增强免疫力作用。方法:按《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》中免疫力功能检验方法,经口给予小鼠200 mg/(kg·bw)、400 mg/(kg·bw)、1000 mg/(kg·bw)剂量30 d,测定细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能指标及NK细胞活性。结果:高剂量组足跖肿胀度、抗体生成细胞数、半数溶血值、NK细胞活性、吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬指数均显著高于阴性对照组(P<0.05),实验组能显著提高迟发型变态反应能力、小鼠抗体生成细胞数、血清溶血素水平、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力和NK细胞活性。各剂量组对小鼠体质量增长、胸腺/体质量比值、脾脏/体质量比值、淋巴细胞增殖能力、单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力均无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:茯苓提取物、枸杞提取物、黄芪提取物和海参冻干粉配伍制成的混合物具有增强免疫力作用。

An experimental study on efficacy of Fuling extract,Gouqi extract,Huangqi extract and Freeze-dried sea cucumber powder on the immunity-enhancing

Objective:To investigate the effects of efficacy of Fuling extract(茯苓提取物),Gouqi extract(枸杞提取物),Huangqi extract(黄芪提取物)and Freeze-dried sea cucumber powder on the immunity-enhancing.Methods:In accordance with method for the assessment of enhancing immune function in Technical Standards for Testing&Assessment of Health Food,the capsule was administered to mice by oral gavage at 200 mg/(kg·bw),400 mg/(kg·bw),1000 mg/(kg·bw)doses for 30 days.Measure cellular immunity,humoral immunity,monocyte-macrophage phagocytic function index and NK cell activity were determined.Results:Degree of toes and ankle swelling,NK cell activity,antibody forming spleen cells,serum hemolysin level and the phagocytosis of abdominal macrophages of high-dose group is significantly higher than the control group.In the experimental group,delayed type hypersensitivity,the ability of macrophages to engulf chicken red blood cells and increase antibody forming spleen cells,serum hemolysin level and NK cell activity were markedly enhanced(P<0.05).There was no significant differences between the control group and experimental group in weight,thymus/weight ratio,spleen/weight ratio,lymphocyte proliferation capacity,mononuclear-macrophage carbon clearance capacity.Conclusion:The mixture can effectively enhance the immune function.
