山西省寿阳县农村适宜技术推广反馈分析

目的：分析农村卫生适宜技术推广被培训人员掌握程度的影响因素，为其进一步推广提供科学依据。方法：以调查问卷形式对山西省寿阳县接受培训的274名医务人员进行相关调查，对调查数据反馈分析。结果：在271份有效问卷中，超过98％的被培训人员认为应积极推广。年龄、职称、文化程度等因素对推广应用的态度呈显著相关性，影响其推广和掌握程度的因素有：技术的需要态度占98．9‰适宜技术的疗效占61．9%，领导的重视程度占56．1％，群众的接受程度占54．2％，医生的技术水平占46．5％。结论：充分考虑推广和掌握程度的影响因素，推广与之相适宜的技术，才能逐步形成这些技术在农村扎根发芽的长效机制。

A feedback study on promotion of rural appropriate technology in the SHOUYANG County of SHANXI Province

Objective： To analyze the factors grasp the application and promotion of rural appropriate medical technology, provide scientific data for generalization of rural appropriate medical technology in rural area. Methods： To investigate training of counties, Shanxi province, $houyang County, by questionnaires survey to 274 Training personnel, get the relative factors grasp the application and promotio -n of rural appropriate medical technology. Results： In 271 available questionnaires, over 98% of the Respondents agreed with the active application and promotion of rural appropriate medical technology in the countryside. Factors as age, titles of professional, jobs and holding diplomat had close relation with their attitude to the application of techniques in their cities （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Adjust measures to local conditions. Gradually formed the long-standing application and promotion mechanism
