| 摘 要： | 目的：观察平肝化痰活血汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：将86例偏头痛患者随机分成治疗组44例和对照组42例。治疗组用平肝化痰活血方治疗，对照组用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊和谷维素治疗，两组均以10d为1个疗程，1个疗程后随访6个月，分别进行评定观察。结果：治疗组的总有效率95．45％，对照组总有效率76．19％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：平肝化痰活血方治疗偏头痛疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Pinggan Huatan Huoxue recipe in treating migraine.Methods:86 cases of migraine patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(44 cases) and the control group(42 cases).The treatment group was given the Pinggan Huatan Huoxue recipe,the control group was given flunarizine hydrochloride capsules and oryzanol treatment,10 days as a course in each group,after a course of treatment patients were followed up for 6 months,and were assessed observed respectively.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.45%,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.19%,the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Pinggan Huatan Huoxue recipe was effective in treating migraine. |
