| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药加艾灸治疗脾肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合症不孕的临床效果。方法：选择脾肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合症不孕患者120例随机分为观察组（中药加艾灸）和对照组（西药组）各60例。观察纽：调经促孕丸加艾灸神阙穴。对照组：口服氯米芬胶囊。评定两组治疗3个月经周期后受孕率、基础体温、B超检查排卵情况。结果：观察组在改善脾’肾阳虚，降低体重指数，促进排卵和妊娠等方面均优于对照组。结论：中药加艾灸可明显提高患者的受孕率，且成功率较高。值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of spleen deficiency type PCOS infertility in TCM and moxibustion |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effects of TCM plus moxibustion in treating spleen deficiency type PCOS infertility.Methods:120 cases were randomly divided into the observation group(TCM plus moxibustion) and the control group(western group),60 cases in each.The observation group was treated by the menstruation progestational pills moxibustion Shenque,the control group was treated with clomiphene citrate capsules.After 3 menstrual cycles,pregnancy rate,basal body temperature and B-ultrasound ovulation of the two groups were assessed.Results:The observation group in improving spleen deficiency,reducing body mass index,and promoting ovulation and pregnancy were better than that of the control group.Conclusion:TCM plus moxibustion could significantly improve the pregnancy rate of patients,and had a high success rate.Worthy of clinical application. |
