小针刀“五点刺法”治疗小儿慢性扁桃体炎109例临床观察

目的：探讨小针刀“五点刺法”治疗小儿慢性扁桃体炎的效果。方法-对218例小儿慢性扁桃体炎患者．用小针刀五点刺法组与常规治疗对照组患者进行分析比较。结果：治疗组总有效率为94．50％，对照组有效率74．31％，两组比较差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：小针刀“五点刺法”治疗慢性扁桃体炎的效果显著，方法简单，不良反应轻，是一种安全、有效、经济的临床治疗方法。

Clinical observation on treating 109 cases of chronic tonsillitis by needle knife

Objective： To investigate the effects of needle knife in treating chronic tonsillitis. Method： 218 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group were treated by traditional therapy and the treatment group was given needle knife, comparing the results of each group. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 94.50%, and 74.31% in the control group. There was a significant difference （P〈0.05） in two groups. Conclusion： The treatment of needle knife has the advantage of significant efficacy, simply operated and fewer adverse reactions. And it does a safe, effective and economical clinical treatment for chronic tonsillitis.
