马应龙痔疮栓治疗痔疮的临床效果分析

目的：分析研究马应龙痔疮栓的临床效果，为痔疮患者寻求稳定安全的治疗药物。方法：本院于2011年2月～2012年8月收治160例痔疮患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组，治疗组与对照组（每组n=80例），治疗组患者行马应龙痔疮栓治疗，对照组患者行洗必泰栓纳治疗。治疗2周后，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组治疗效果及治疗总有效率明显优于对照组，两组患者治疗效果对比具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗总有效率对比具有明显差异（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗后均未出现任何不良反应。结论：对痔疮患者行马应龙痔疮栓能够取得良好疗效，应设为痔疮病人首选治疗药物。

Clinical effects of Mayinglong hemorrhoids suppository on treating hemorrhoids

Objective： to investigate clinical efficacy of Mayinglong hemorrhoids suppository in order to seek a stable and safe treatment for hemorrhoids patients. Methods： 160 cases of hemorrhoids from February 2011 to August 2012 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 80 cases in each group, the treatment group was treated with Mayinglong hemorrhoids suppository while the control group patients were given Hibitane for Haemorrhoid treatment, compareing clinical efficacy in the two groups after two weeks treatment. Results： The effect of treatment group was significantly （P〈0.05） better than that in the control group, so did the total efficiency in the two groups. There was no adverse reactions after treatment. Conclusion： Mayinglong hemorrhoids suppository for the treatment of hemorrhoids achieved a great effect and it should be set to hemorrhoids patients preferred treatment.
