| 摘 要： | 清·周学海秉《内经》“升降出入，无器不有”之旨，从气机升降角度辨析疾病病因病机、证治用药，升降出入辨证论治体系的雏形自此基本形成。郁证，是由于情志不舒、气机郁滞所引起的一类病证，古代医案中，用升降理论治疗者不乏其例，有一定的临床指导意义。

Application of differentiation theory of Shengjiang and Churu in Depression Syndrome |

| Abstract: | ZHOU Xue-hai in Qing dynasty who explained the disease pathogenesis, drug according to the book Neijing which is the original theory of Shengiiang Churu. Melancholia is a syndrome from long time depression and blocked of Qi. In the ancient medical cases, there were many cases treated by the theory of Shengjiang. So it do have certain clinical guiding significance. |
