增液承气汤治疗5-HT3受体拮抗剂所致便秘的临床研究

目的：观察增液承气汤治疗5-HT3受体拮抗剂所致便秘的疗效，同时观察增液承气汤的增效减毒作用。方法：选择符合纳入标准的肿瘤病例200例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各100，治疗组给予中药增液承气汤，对照组给予福松，比较两组疗效及其他观察指标。结果：与对照组相比较，治疗组可显著提高治疗便秘的治愈率（P＜0.05）；对其他伴随症状也均具有显著性改善（P＜0.05；P＜0.001，食欲不振除外）；治疗后生存质量评分情况，90分以上患者显著增加。结论：增液承气汤是治疗5-HT3受体拮抗剂所致便秘的有效方剂，同时提高了5-HT3受体拮抗剂的止吐效果，明显改善了其他伴随症状，提高了患者生活质量。

Clinical Study of Zengye Chengqi Decoction for the Treatment of Constipation Caused by 5-HT3 Receptor Antagonist

Objective： To observe the curative efficacy of Zengye Chengqi Decoction on the treatment of constipation caused by 5-HT3 receptor antagonist, as well as observe the synergism and attenuation of Zengye Chengqi Decoction. Method：200 cases with tumor who met the accepting criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 100 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Zengye Chengqi Decoction. Patients in the control group were given Fosson. The curative efficacy and other observation indexes were compared. Result： Patients cured in the treatment group were more than than that in the control group （P＜0.05）;the associated symptoms in the treatment group were significantly improved （P＜0.05;P＜0.001, except loss of appetite）;in the treatment group, after treatment, patients whose life quality score was above 90 increased significantly. Conclusion： Zengye Chengqi Decoction is an effective formula for treating constipation caused by 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. It enhances the vomit-stopping function of 5-HT3 receptor antagonist and improve the other associated symptoms and the life quality of patients.
