茵陈蒿汤合大承气汤加味对肝硬化合并感染患者肝功能及血LPS的影响

目的：探讨茵陈蒿汤合大承气汤加味对肝硬化合并感染患者肝功能及血 LPS的影响。方法：60例患者随机分为研究组及对照组各30例，研究组在综合治疗基础上，采用茵陈蒿汤合大承气汤加味治疗共两周，对照组仅采取常规综合治疗。结果：两组组患者在治疗结束后，肝功能、凝血功能、血 LPS 均较治疗前改善，但研究组在降低血 LPS 及总胆红素方面疗效更佳（P＜0.01）。结论：在综合治疗基础上加用茵陈蒿汤合大承气汤加味能有效降低患者胆红素水平及降低血LPS。

Effect of modified Yinchenhao Decoction and Dachengqi Decoction on liver function and serum LPS of hepatocirrhosis patients complicated with infection

Objective：To explore the effect of modified Yinchenhao Decoction and Dachengqi Decoction on the liver function and serum LPS of hepatocirrhosis patients complicated with infection. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the study group were administered modified Yinchenhao Decoction and Dachengqi Decoction for 2 weeks on the basis of routine comprehensive treatment, while patients in the control group were treated with routine comprehensive treatment. Results：After treatment, liver function, blood coagulation function, serum LPS were ameliorated, but there were significant differences in reducing blood LPS and total bilirubin in the study group compared with the control group（P＜0.01）. Conclusion：On the basis of the comprehensive treatment, modified Yinchenhao Decoction and Dachengqi decoction can effectively reduce the level of bilirubin and serum LPS.
