左归丸加减联合柳氮磺吡啶片治疗强直性脊柱炎46例疗效观察

目的：观察左归丸加减联合柳氮磺吡啶片治疗强直性脊柱炎（AS）的临床疗效.方法：采用随机数字表法将91例确诊AS患者进行分组,对照组45例给予口服柳氮磺吡啶片治疗,观察组46例加用左归丸加减治疗,连续治疗8周末对比临床疗效.结果：观察组治疗后总有效率93.48%明显高于对照组77.78%,P〈0.05;两组均能够降低脊柱功能指标,改善脊柱功能,但观察组降低脊柱功能指标幅度明显高于对照组,P〈0.01;观察组不良反应发生率8.70%与对照组6.67%比较,P﹥0.05.结论：左归丸加减联合柳氮磺吡啶片治疗AS效果确切,能够运用现代医学结合传统医学改善临床症状与体征,安全可靠,值得临床对作用机制继续研究和探讨.

Observation of Curative effect of Left-Returning Pill combined withSulfasalazine Tablet on 46 Cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective： To observe the clinical curative efficacyof left-returing Pill combined with sulfasalazine tablets on the treatmentof ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods： 91 cases with AS were divided into two groups by random number table. 45 patients in thecontrol group of were treated with oral administration of sulfasalazine tablet. The other 46 cases in the observation group were treated withleft-returning Pill. 8 weeks after the treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of theobservation group was 93.48% which was significantly higher than that （77.78%） of the control group, P〈0.05; Both treatment of the twogroups were able to reduce spinal function parameters and improve spinal function, but reduction of spinal function parameters of theobservation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P〈0.01; The incidence rate of adverse reactions of theobservation group was 8.70% and the control group 6.67%, P〉 0.05. Conclusion： Left-returning Pill combined with sulfasalazine tablet hasdefinite effect on treating AS exact. The combination of traditional medicine and modern medicine can improve clinical symptoms andsigns. It is safe and reliable. Its mechanism of action is worthy of further clinical study and discussion.
