中药热奄包治疗慢性咳嗽56例观察

目的：分析探究应用穴位外敷自拟清肺散的中药热奄包来治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效.方法：选取本院2013年3月至2014年9月收治的56例慢性咳嗽患者,随机分成对照组和观察组各28例,对照组采取口服盐酸氨溴索缓释片75mg,1次/d,复方甘草口服溶液5ml,3次/d,连续1周.治疗组的患者采用穴位外敷自拟清肺散的中药热奄包进行治疗,治疗1周后观察对比两组的治疗效果.结果：治疗组显效20例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率为89.3%;对照组显效5例,有效12例,无效11例,总有效率为60.7%.治疗组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组（P﹤0.05）.结论：慢性咳嗽临床治疗中应用自拟清肺散的中药热奄包外敷治疗,效果显著,操作简单,且无不良反应,值得推广应用.

Observation on treatment of 56 cases with chronic cough by Chinese medicinehot compress

Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of self-made Qingfei power hot compress in the treatment of chronic cough.Methods： 56 cases with chronic cough in our hospital from March,2013 to September,2014 were randomly divided into a control groupand an observation group, 28 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Ambroxol HydrochlorideSustained-release Tablets 75mg,once/day with compound glycyrrhiza oral solution 5ml,3 times/day for 1 week. Patients in the treatmentgroup were treated with self-made Qingfei power hot compress. After 1 week of treatment,the curative effects were compared. Results： Inthe treatment group, 20 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases effective, 3 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 89.3%; in thecontrol group, 5 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases effective, 11 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 60.7 %. The efficacyof the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Self-made Qingfei power hot compress has anobvious effect on chronic cough with easy application and no side effects, which is worthy of promotion.
